“In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’ “For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, ‘Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!’” Luke 18:1-5
We have a bold prayer request… to be on the field by March 28th, 2014. We have felt from the beginning that this was the time frame God had for us to join the ministry in Haiti. Our team will be a multi-cultural team, uniting the U.S., Brazil, Columbia and the Congo together in Haiti. Bringing four cultures into a fifth culture to serve together is something only God can do. On March 29th, some training will begin to help empower this team to serve together…we not only don’t want to miss this but believe we need to be part of it from the beginning. The fact that it is happening is answered prayer to what we had been praying but had yet to express. God went before us as He often does!
God calls us to persevere in prayer. Persistent prayer produces His best outcome and pays off when we are prepared to move forward as God calls. Incredibly thankful to have each of you praying with us!
Dear Dave and Sharron, I too will pray for whether I can give more. How far away are you from your goal? We know that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask! Love, in Him, Aunt Kathie

Very touching. We are currently at 70% of our committed monthly support…to go we have to be at 100%. The crazy thing is that it is quite expensive to live and do ministry in Haiti. Gas alone runs $10-12 a gallon.
Love ya!
