Day 7: A week of “thanksgiving”!

As much as we know we need prayer for the future we can’t forget what God has done.  The fundamental motive of Christian living is thanksgiving; we so easily lose our sense of gratitude and forget the good things the Lord has done for us.  Thanksgiving is the cultivation of a memory and prayerfully remembering the good things God has done.

Join us this week by sharing things you are thankful that God has done!

“…always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ (Eph 5:20).

Thank you God, for your son Jesus, who died on a cross for me.  Motivated by this act of love we are compelled to complete the mission, to reach people for you!

  1. Melissa Johnston says:

I am thankful that God crossed our pathes in life. I am inspired by your love for The Lord and your obedience to His call. Miss you and praying with you as you journey down this new path….

  2. Elisabeth says:

I am thankful that the Lord never forgets a prayer. Like Zechariah and Elisabeth, He remembers the requests of our heart and answers in the timing that He deems wisest.
